Use Cases

  • Due to legal framework conditions, we have to create a possibility for whistleblowers to bring information to us as WU. We help to find a solution and accompany the implementation process.
  • WU wants to prepare for emergency situations, especially the fast and targeted communication, which is independent from the WU infrastructure, is important. We collect the exact requirements, create a specification sheet and compare providers on the market.
  • WU is obliged to support the authorities in contact tracing at Corona times. We take care of concrete requirements, select internal or external developers for implementation and always keep an eye on sustainable use, reusability and alignment with WU and IT strategy.

Process consulting

Support in the initial establishment of processes, in standard-compliant modeling according to BPMN 2.0 and in the optimization and, in particular, digitization of existing processes.

Use Cases

  • Conversion of a handwritten process into the digital format: The existing process is elicited, the workflows are reflected upon, and the process is documented graphically and textually in order to be able to subject it to a weak point analysis and consequently professionalize it.
  • An established process is to be documented and modeled so that knowledge is not lost, responsibilities are clearly defined, and workflows are presented transparently: The process is modeled in a standard-compliant manner according to BPMN 2.0 and, in the course of this, analyzed with regard to possible weaknesses and optimization potentials.
  • Working methods and processes are to be changed in a comprehensive change project: The current state is surveyed and the associated process is modeled and subjected to a weak point analysis in order to make the process more efficient.
