ADOIT

Enterprise Architecture Management tool that provides functions and methods for analysis, design, planning and implementation of enterprise architectures. The EAM platform makes it possible to manage and analyze the alignment and improvement of dependencies between business and IT, as well as different organizational goals. The EAM suite ADOIT is based on various international standards, such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL and COBIT.

ADONIS

Business process management software, which is based on the BPMS paradigm. In particular, ADONIS provides functionalities and the modeling methodology to be able to collect, model, analyze, simulate, evaluate and document business processes.

Akarion Compliance Cloud

Together with Akarion, Akarion Compliance Cloud forms WU's processing record. The content of Akarion Compliance Cloud is managed and used by the WU legal department. Each WU unit has a "data protection contact person" who enters the processing activities of the respective unit in the processing directory and keeps it up to date.

Service Catalogue

Central source of information for all services and products provided by IT-SERVICES. Among others, the following aspects are presented in the service catalog:

Description and use cases Responsibilities and contact persons (Service Owner, Technical Experts) Budgetary aspects and expenditures Technical information (criticality, current status, availability) Legal aspects (TOMs, processed data categories, ...) Links to documentation for end users, ITS staff and support requests

Use Cases

  • Each service/product of IT-SERVICES must be recorded in the service catalog with the corresponding information.
  • Identifying responsibilities and contact persons for services/products
  • Obtaining information about the status (e.g. current problems or restrictions)
  • Generating reports (e.g. all products without multifactor authentication)
  • Generating the "list of IT applications" according to BV-IT (planned)
