The organizers are trained in the control of the media system when the technology is handed over or at a desired date.

The training for employees includes the control of the media technology as well as the provision and installation of IT equipment such as lecterns with installed technology, laptops, projectors, audio and video equipment and other technical equipment. Furthermore, the IT employees are trained on the media components and learn how to monitor and maintain IT systems during opening hours.
